Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer requests for service including connections and disconnections as qualified.
  • •Inform customers of needed repairs, answer basic questions, and ensure customer understanding and satisfaction with completed work.
  • •Install, program, and operate Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment as necessary; may read meters and record usage for billing.
  • •May disconnect service as necessary and assist with collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
  • •Maintain accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements, and identify/report safety and encroachment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires general educational knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma or GED.
