Job Summary

Own operational health for assigned partner sites within the Regional Partner Success team, driving performance management and governance. Monitor daily KPIs, lead Weekly Business Reviews and RCA deep-dives, and manage remediation for low-performing areas. Coordinate cross-functional and partner communications, resolve escalations and data requests, and oversee access governance, audit compliance, and invoice/workhour validation. Support site go-lives, queue launches, and supplier due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor daily operational metrics to identify risks and performance gaps, and review quality trends with remediation tracking.
•Lead performance discussions, including Weekly Business Reviews and bi-weekly RCA deep-dives.
•Manage day-to-day communications with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating escalations and resolving data inquiries.
•Oversee access governance, audit requirements, and compliance adherence, including co-employment and gift policies.
•Support operational readiness: new queue launches, site go-lives, transitions, partner site visits, and supplier due diligence (RFPs) and BPO risk assessments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) or above.
•Prior experience in Vendor Management, BPO Operations, or Partner Operations.
•Ability to monitor and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., OHA, TCOR, AHT, Utilization Rate) and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
•Strong cross-functional communication skills, including leading business reviews (WBRs/MBRs) and managing escalations.
•Experience with access governance, audit requirements, and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
