Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the setup of project management fundamentals and provide alerts to the Program Manager.
  • •Position within the core team to deliver a transversal project vision.
  • •In structuring: run PERT sessions and structure activities using CPERT.
  • •Plan and baseline projects using Microsoft Project and Primavera, including milestones, activities, workload, costs, and baseline via project dashboard.
  • •In execution: update monthly schedules, analyze monthly financial data from SAP, manage project governance instances, run/participate in monthly management reviews, and track deliverables/documentation and action dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education (BAC +5) in engineering or business.
  • •More than 8 years of experience in project management covering planning, effort, costs, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Strong autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
  • •Good command of project management tools (e.g., MS Planning, Primavera, SAP) and project leadership to influence stakeholders.
