Lead end-to-end delivery and managed services engagements for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), especially across Retail/Commerce modules. Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while partnering with business stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable plans. Drive governance and risk management, coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams, and mentor project consultants and technical teams to ensure quality, timely execution, and best-practice delivery.

•Lead D365 F&O implementation and managed services projects.
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
•Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create actionable project plans.
•Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to best practices.
•Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams and support/mentor project consultants and technical teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O project management.
•Strong exposure to Retail/Commerce modules in Dynamics 365.
•Experience delivering Managed Services/Support projects (not only implementations).
•PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable; ITIL certification or ServiceNow experience is preferred.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
