Key Responsibilities

•Complete loan applications (telephone, mail-away, and face-to-face), approve loan disclosures, and ensure all required third-party information is complete prior to approval.
•Determine proper loan program placement, price loans and lock rates per company policy, and review returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
•Run AUS and review findings, prepare pre-qualifications, order credit reports/appraisals/title requests, and conduct follow-ups with clients and referral sources.
•Maintain applicant communication throughout processing, submit loan files with stated turnaround times in coordination with the assigned Processor, and track pipeline status and contractual deadlines.
•Meet or exceed production requirements, attend settlements to learn the full loan lifecycle, and complete the annual business plan with regular meetings with the Sales Manager.

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred (or equivalent experience acceptable with Sales Manager approval).
•NMLS registration required.
