Responsible for validating and governing capacity plans across strategic, tactical, and operational horizons; acts as the primary interface between Operations, S&OP, Flow, and Planning to ensure capacity assumptions align with execution; leads capacity optimization actions and analyzes static capacity across regional operations to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

•Validate and govern capacity plans across strategic, tactical, and operational horizons, ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
•Serve as the main interface between Operations, S&OP, Flow, and Planning, ensuring consistency in capacity, labor, and productivity premises.
•Build and monitor action plans to optimize capacity, reduce cancellations, improve fleet utilization, and drive operational efficiency.
•Lead analyses and diagnostics of static capacity of operations, including layout, shift lengths, equipment, and operational occupancy, proposing efficiency improvements.
•Conduct frequent visits to regional operations to validate operational premises, identify constraints, and support data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
•Solid experience in capacity planning, integrated planning, headcount sizing, or large-scale logistics operations.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for building analytical models and handling large data sets, plus experience with capacity planning tools (LMS, WMS, S&OP or similar).
•Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle for frequent regional visits (São Paulo capital and interior).
•Availability to work in São Paulo state, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48, within a 100 km radius.
