Key Responsibilities

•Provide high level of professional services in retail banking branches to meet and exceed customer service standards; cooperate with CSM to deliver premier customer service.
•Back-up Premier Relationship Manager (PRM) to ensure continuity of customer service and manage Premier rooms resources and safety deposit boxes.
•Identify service and business potentials; mark referrals to PRM and other lines to deepen customer relationships.
•Perform branch operational tasks excluding teller services; assist with admin and MI reporting; support Premier account openings, transactions, and documentation.
•Develop multi-service skills; align development plan with supervisor; pursue ongoing on-the-job training to enhance service capabilities.
