Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager, Safety AI Systems

Lead Safety AI Systems by owning the vision and technical execution of multimodal ML solutions that detect and prevent harmful content at massive scale. Manage and grow a team of ML engineers, architect production-ready large-scale model architectures, improve data quality and training pipelines, and deliver continuous roadmap progress. Partner with Product, Data Science, Policy, Design, and Operations to align safety objectives, metrics, and services while staying ahead of emerging AI/ML and content moderation techniques.
