  • •Help found and set the bar for Netic’s New York office and a builder-focused local culture.
  • •Build systems that run live customer conversations and take real actions under tight latency and reliability constraints.
  • •Create evaluation, observability, and tooling to measure agent behavior in production and improve agents quickly.
  • •Co-create with customers by understanding workflows, gathering feedback, and turning pain points into durable features.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery from spec to production for systems that keep agents running around the clock.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years delivering user-facing software at scale with experience carrying features through multiple release cycles.
  • •Comfortable with React and TypeScript, plus Python, with experience using databases and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong founder-level ownership: you can tackle ambiguous problems and write clean code quickly in an autonomous environment.
  • •Ability to translate stakeholder goals into crisp technical specs and deliver delightful products.
  • •Nice-to-have: hands-on AI experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns.
