Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing PLM systems and establish migration requirements.
•Develop detailed migration strategies, roadmaps, and architectures for PTC Windchill.
•Provide technical expertise in PTC Windchill and related technologies, including integration with CAD and ERP systems.
•Mentor team members and ensure knowledge transfer for long-term system stability.

Key Requirements

•10+ years direct work experience in migration projects including all aspects of process development and execution.
•Expert in Windchill Migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) with at least 5-7 Windchill migration projects executed.
•Experience in data migration including CAD Data migration and at least one non-Windchill to Windchill data migration.
•Strong knowledge of Windchill Architecture, database, Windchill object models, relationships, and content.
•Scripting knowledge on databases (Oracle/SQL Server) with large data set analysis and strong communication skills.
