HR Business Partnerships Manager - UK

Drive the implementation of local HR strategy and operational programs aligned to company goals and local legislation. Partner with line managers across the employee life cycle—performance, development, retention, training, recruitment, induction, relations, and conflict—while improving employee engagement through HR best practices. Lead performance and recruitment processes, influence global HR systems, and collaborate with finance on payroll and time/attendance improvements, including annual pay review support.
