Job Summary

Support RTX's Engine Center planning by maintaining accurate scheduling data (DOME, ESVR, SAP), managing gate starts/closures, and developing a gate-by-gate roadmap to align with the master schedule and yearly commitments. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize engine readiness and throughput, including 12-hour weekend shifts Fri-Sun.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate scheduling data to support engine induction and shipment planning.
•Manage each gate to defined gated start and close (example: inductions to G1 close, or material clear to G2 roll).
•Develop a roadmap by Gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments.
•Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan.
•Work with Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness, including handling out-of-sequence work events and line loading when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) with 2+ years of experience in operations or MRO
•Strong scheduling and planning skills with experience in DOME, ESVR and SAP
•Experience coordinating engine induction planning and gate processes
•Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
