Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across EC2, S3, SSM, IAM, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, SCPs, SSO, VPC, RDS, AWS AI Services, and ECS environments.
•Design and implement platform reliability improvements through automation, monitoring, and architectural optimizations.
•Build and maintain automation solutions (Python/Powershell) to eliminate manual tasks and enable self-healing workflows.
•Enforce AWS security best practices including IAM least privilege, credential hygiene, and periodic access reviews.
•Troubleshoot and optimize ECS/container workloads, including scaling, networking, and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

•6–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering, with strong AWS exposure.
•Mandatory: Experience with AWS Bedrock (implementation, operations, or GenAI integration).
•Mandatory: Strong automation experience (Python, Terraform/CloudFormation).
•Solid understanding of IAM, security best practices, and cloud governance.
•Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch or equivalent logging/monitoring platforms).
