Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome customers, understand their needs, manage branch traffic, and direct them to the right service channel or specialist counter.
  • •Drive partner services, customer events, and gamifications, and provide basic hospitality support in meeting areas.
  • •Support customers to complete requests via self-service and digital tools (kiosks/digital directory, mobile app).
  • •Handle general enquiries on products, promotions and rewards, explain reward earning/redeeming, and promote relevant bank offers and app features.
  • •Identify service opportunities and refer customers to Relationship Managers and specialist teams; maintain merchandise displays and support accessibility needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including Math and Chinese or English (or equivalent).
  • •Fluency in Cantonese and English with good interpersonal and communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • •Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service.
  • •Digital savvy to assist customers with mobile app, kiosks, and e-forms and adapt quickly to new systems.
  • •Flexible to work daytime shifts on weekends and public holidays as required.
