Job Summary

Support the Joint Ventures team’s operations in Australia by helping deliver outcomes across a portfolio of JV interests. Prepare regular reporting and analysis for Principal Advisors, including executive briefing materials such as dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic project support. Conduct analytical work to identify and quantify value opportunities, support OpEx and sustaining CapEx analysis with budget tracking and cost drivers, and help maintain relationships with JV partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Australian Joint Venture operations and help deliver outcomes across Albemarle’s portfolio of JV interests.
•Prepare regular reporting and analysis, including ad hoc support for strategic projects and executive briefing materials.
•Develop high-impact executive materials such as briefing packs, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior leaders.
•Conduct analytical work to identify and quantify value opportunities, and support OpEx and sustaining CapEx analysis, budget tracking, and cost driver insights.
•Maintain trusted relationships with JV partners, operators, and internal stakeholders and support Hardrock Operations strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience since graduating, ideally from a recognized graduate program and subsequent work experience.
•Exposure to mining or natural resource operations, including within a consulting environment.
•Experience reporting financial and operational data, with strong analytical skills interpreting that data.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and experience preparing presentations, reporting, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
•Bachelor of Commerce/Engineering/Law/Business (or other relevant degree).
