Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and provide support for enterprise database platforms, mainly Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.
  • •Perform daily operational tasks including routine jobs, incident ticket handling, and technical troubleshooting.
  • •Install, maintain, and continuously improve database environments to ensure stability, availability, and performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application and business needs.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation to ensure timely support for critical systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Practical experience or strong understanding of at least one database system: Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
  • •IT-related certifications or formal training (e.g., MS SQL/Oracle courses) are a plus.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
  • •Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
