Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management for major MEP building services and infrastructure projects on behalf of the Contracting Entity. Own budgetary control and commercial governance across the project lifecycle, including review of contractor applications, variations, claims, forecasts, and final accounts. Support risk reviews with cost implications, drive value-for-money via procurement challenge, and oversee final account negotiations. Mentor Intermediate Quantity Surveyors and support programme-wide commercial objectives.
