  • •Lead and develop a team of Transformation Managers and Business Analysts to deliver project management and business readiness.
  • •Engage Risk partners for project review, oversight, and mitigation aligned with enterprise risk appetite.
  • •Collaborate with all Wealth lines of business to ensure cross-functional teams support business and financial goals.
  • •Contribute to short- and long-term prioritization and represent Wealth on enterprise-wide strategic projects as needed.

  • •Experience overseeing multiple business and technology programs using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • •Exceptional communication skills, including ability to lead executive-level meetings and analyze problems to devise solutions.
