Job Summary

Serve as the technical architect and senior owner of a quality and DevOps platform for AMD’s GPU-accelerated ML libraries. Define the vision and drive architecture for CI/CD infrastructure, automated test frameworks, ETL data systems, and observability platforms that validate library correctness across GPU architectures at scale. Collaborate across library developers, platform teams, and program management to ensure end-to-end quality, stability, reliability, and performance of the library ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end test architecture for scalable, maintainable automated test frameworks for open-source, C++-based libraries.
•Architect and own the CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), designing multi-stage pipelines for builds, test execution, artifact publication, and deployment.
•Scale out a quality metrics and observability platform, including SLAs, alerting strategies, anomaly detection, and engineering health dashboards.
•Design scalable ETL architectures for ingesting CI/test artifacts, enforcing schema evolution, and serving data to downstream dashboards and reporting systems.
•Act as a cross-functional technical bridge, aligning interfaces, contracts, quality gates, and dependency management across organizational boundaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 7,067,690 - 10,096,700 annually

Key Requirements

•B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
•1.5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, or infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead/architect capacity.
•Proven experience leading SDET or quality platform teams focused on C++ development and testing at scale.
•Expert-level experience with GoogleTest (gtest) for unit and integration testing in C++, including framework customization and extension.
•Expert-level experience architecting CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for multi-stage, multi-target pipelines with reliability and maintainability.
