Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services electrical projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • •Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in building systems (including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety).
  • •Ensure designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • •Mentor and lead technical teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in leading major project delivery.
  • •Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • •Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of local codes (including BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA); UK codes are advantageous.
