Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed to support early development.
  • •Observe each child closely and provide individualized, respectful guidance to support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • •Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom that fosters focus, independence, and exploration.
  • •Provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy.
  • •Build warm relationships with children and families, and communicate and collaborate with parents and team members on routines and community-building.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care or early learning setting.
  • •Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification through the Prepared Montessorian Institute, or a previously earned Montessori diploma.
  • •Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
  • •Bachelor’s degree (any field).
