Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures to support exam integrity.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks (including the use of wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and safeguard the test center from misconduct.
  • •Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency while maintaining a secure environment and materials.
  • •Represent Prometric’s values and, if applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (college experience a plus).
