Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Operations and Programs

Lead global recruiting programs end to end by building and scaling initiatives including Employee Referrals, the Recruiting Learning Center, Insider Chats, and the company’s LinkedIn employer presence. You’ll manage a team of program managers and specialists, define success metrics with dashboards and KPIs, and partner across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to secure alignment. You’ll also ensure seamless integration with Workday and the recruiting tech stack while managing budgets, vendors, and ROI.
