Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in daily THINK/TRACK meetings and weekly safety meetings.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations and help ensure a safe work environment.
  • •Assist in plant production by monitoring operations, performing daily maintenance pre-checks, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
  • •Prepare the plant for operations at the beginning of the season and perform shut down procedures at the end of the season.
  • •Operate heavy equipment as needed (front end loader, skidsteer, end dump truck) and perform plant maintenance and repairs.
