Key Responsibilities

•Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects, including cross sections, traffic control plans, detours, and related drawings.
•Lead MOT design tasks on design/build or alternative delivery projects and coordinate with project teams.
•Produce designs using Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads to create accurate drawings and models.
•Mentor junior designers and engineers and support project execution from planning through construction.
•Ensure designs meet safety, cost, and schedule requirements while aligning with client and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Junior level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Mid-Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
•BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (MOT CAD Designers)
•EIT Certification or PE License; Master’s degree in engineering (Preferred Qualifications)
