Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the billing process across all markets.
  • •Manage the follow-up maintenance transaction lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in the repair technician’s custody/control.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate documentation/notation in Cox Fleet systems for every customer contact.
  • •Provide excellent customer service on internal and external customer calls, and maintain professional customer rapport.
  • •Coordinate with customers and Field Operations to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs, and improve dispatch and service scheduling capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or other equivalent combinations, including up to 1 year with additional education/certification, or 5 years’ experience).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all organization levels.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships with relevant partners.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • •Strong Excel and data entry skills, plus ability to learn new platforms (e.g., FSCA IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
