Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day delivery coordination for largest clients by running recurring syncs, triaging incoming requests, and resolving what you can directly.
  • •Lead larger multi-year enterprise projects by owning plan, timeline, and risk log for complex deployments from kickoff through go-live.
  • •Translate between Product/Engineering and the account team by converting client asks into scoped, actionable tickets.
  • •Reduce escalation noise by handling routine questions independently and pulling in Product/Engineering only when needed.
  • •Maintain current documentation for project status, scope, and timelines so stakeholders can see deployment progress without direct follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven technical project or delivery management experience coordinating software implementations or configurations with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • •Strong triage instincts to determine when to handle, loop in Product, or involve Engineering for new asks.
  • •Comfort running scrum/agile-style cadence, including recurring syncs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Organized, proactive risk management with the ability to surface slippage or scope creep early.
  • •Nice to have: experience in regulated/clinical or high-growth SaaS environments, with Jira/HubSpot familiarity.
