Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day corporate risk management including contracts risk management, claims management, policy administration, and compliance.
  • •Design, implement, and optimize global insurance programs across lines such as Technology Errors & Omissions and Cyber, Directors and Officers, Property, General Liability, and International lines.
  • •Lead annual renewal negotiations, market submissions, and broker performance management; assess coverage implications of new products, acquisitions, and international expansion.
  • •Lead integration of mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs by evaluating and securing coverage and supporting post-acquisition claims management.
  • •Build and scale the insurance risk management function by establishing policies, governance frameworks, claims processes, playbooks, and delivering quantitative reporting on coverage adequacy and program performance.
