Job Summary

Lead Merchant Services go-to-market marketing and sales enablement for KeyBank’s Commercial Product Marketing and Enablement team. Translate product strategies into customer-centric value propositions, competitive messaging, and launch materials. Build and maintain scalable enablement assets (toolkits, pitch decks, talk tracks) and deliver training. Partner across Product, BD, Relationship Management, and Corporate Center Marketing, manage enablement projects end-to-end, and report on campaign and adoption performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive internal readiness and sales activation for new and enhanced Merchant Services products, translating product strategies into launch materials and enablement plans.
•Develop client-centric narratives and competitive messaging, maintaining alignment across Product, BD, Sales, and Marketing.
•Build and maintain scalable sales enablement tools (pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battle cards, reference guides, demo scripts, toolkits) and manage a centralized content repository.
•Structure and deliver virtual and in-person training, product demos, and sales coaching modules; gather field feedback to optimize content and training effectiveness.
•Manage marketing and enablement projects end-to-end, create sales plays and step-by-step playbooks, and provide reporting on campaign performance and content utilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement within financial services or fintech B2B.
•Experience building sales enablement frameworks, training content, and product positioning assets.
•Strong understanding of B2B financial solutions, especially in Commercial Banking.
•Proven ability to develop sales tools, training content, and structured plays.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
