Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while meeting personal and store sales goals via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including inventory processing, merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.
