Job Summary

Lead production activities at a meat processing facility to help deliver safe, high-quality food. Perform essential line production tasks using hand tools, knives, machinery, and related equipment while supporting a safe, efficient workflow. Partner with the management team to understand full line operations and support training and development of production employees. •Process meat products for the consumer using hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment.

•Support training and development of production employees.
•Maintain a safe and efficient production line and work scheduled shifts, including possible overtime based on production demands.

•Be willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

•Work safely with PPE and safety equipment in noisy, wet/humid, cold/warm environments, using sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
