Customer Service Team Leader

Lead a customer service team responsible for inventory management at the Darwin RAAF site. Coordinate daily operations, work orders, stock movements, and inventory reconciliation while monitoring shelf-life, inspections, and storage requirements. Partner with Defence customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, safe storage, and compliant distribution of explosive ordnance. Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement and quality processes.
