Job Summary

Own and elevate Wise’s Americas customer lifecycle strategy, bridging CRM vision with day-to-day execution. Lead and mentor a team of 2+ CRM professionals to build automated journeys for activation, cross-sell, and retention across North America and LatAm. Drive CRM performance using data to improve conversion, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value, while partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Regional Leads, and Creative to align messaging with product roadmaps.

•Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 2+ CRM professionals, fostering experimentation and continuous learning.
•Own the end-to-end Americas lifecycle strategy for North America and LatAm, building automated journeys that drive activation, cross-sell, and retention.
•Improve key CRM metrics such as conversion rates, churn, and lifetime value, using data to prove impact.
•Serve as the primary voice for Americas CRM, partnering with NorthAm and LatAm Product Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Leads, Analytics, and Creative teams.
•Bridge high-level CRM strategy with tactical execution to ensure customers receive the right message at the right time through the right channel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 139,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, including 2+ years managing team members.
•Comfort with cohort analysis and A/B testing rigor to measure incremental lift.
•Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM tools (preferably Braze) and fluency discussing data schemas, API triggers, and HTML/Liquid logic.
•Strong ability to extract insights from dashboards and translate “the why” into a “what’s next.”
•Ability to write local briefs and present long-term strategy to leadership while collaborating with senior Product and Engineering stakeholders.
