Toyohashi Plant HR Head

Serve as the factory HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support for factory management. Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, supervise payroll and shared services with HRIS management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations. Develop the factory HR team, drive EHS initiatives, and support change and employee engagement programs.
