Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage customers through Zoom calls and email as a technical consultant during the post-sales journey, providing product, solution, and best-practice guidance.
  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide GitLab use case implementations across source code management, continuous integration/delivery, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
  • •Deliver practical enablement via webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements in a pooled model.
  • •Provide technical and architectural guidance to help customers adopt GitLab capabilities and connect decisions to desired outcomes.
  • •Develop reusable workshops, demos, and technical content, and maintain specialty competency through training and certification.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and Spanish (trilingual English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus).
  • •Located in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • •Experience supporting GitLab use cases such as source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning, and enabling customers with practical guidance.
  • •Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or adjacent technical tooling, translating tool capabilities into customer outcomes.
  • •A technical background in software development or systems engineering, comfortable discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
