Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist day-to-day operations and procedures for receiving, stocking, stacking, issuing, inventory, and decanting for food sections (dry stores, cold stores, chemical stores and CPU stores).
  • •Ensure items are issued correctly and in line with requirements.
  • •Store items properly using FIFO principle in house and FEFO principle for issuances; arrange delivered items in designated locations and required temperature conditions.
  • •Record nil stock, critical stock, item expiry, and quantity issued for all issuance processes.
  • •Decant, unbox, and arrange issued items for delivery; deliver to the requesting department within the specified time frame and follow food/work safety requirements.
