Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UK regulatory requirements and lead regulatory readiness for market entry, licensing, and ongoing supervision.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact with the FCA and relevant UK bodies, interpreting regulatory changes and guiding business strategy accordingly.
  • •Build policies and controls covering AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance, including risk assessments and remediation plans.
  • •Establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes, and operationalise internal audits, compliance reviews, and control testing.
  • •Oversee consumer protection and business integrity, including fairness and responsible selling, product compliance, marketing reviews, pricing governance, distribution oversight, and complaint handling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience within financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Experience designing policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing complex compliance programs.
  • •Experience supporting compliance for digital platforms, distribution, or insurance products (preferred).
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including dealing with regulators.
