Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deploy MariaDB database clusters for multi-terabytes workloads with high availability and fault tolerance.
  • •Ensure storage, archiving, and backup/recovery procedures work correctly, including disaster recovery situations.
  • •Maintain and upgrade database clusters to comply with patching, kernel patching, and security standards (including PCIDSS and vulnerability remediation).
  • •Monitor performance and manage database parameters to provide best-in-class experience.
  • •Investigate operational incidents, debug problems, provide recovery solutions in 24x7 operational conditions, and contribute to the on-call roster.
