Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • •Provide technical authority for Discovery architecture: expand coverage, troubleshoot gaps, and optimize data quality across CMDB and service mapping.
  • •Lead ServiceNow Discovery development by improving discovery patterns and schedules and driving automation for CMDB.
  • •Maintain Discovery and Service Mapping for the Tyson portfolio, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, network administration, or system engineering.
  • •9+ years with focus on the ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow Discovery/ITOM/CMDB).
  • •Advanced knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and service mapping.
  • •Experience maintaining Discovery and Service Mapping, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred; any relevant IT certification preferred.
