Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Risk Appetite Framework refresh and align International Legal Entities (ILE) Technology Risk metrics with Enterprise.
  • •Provide credible risk challenge across cybersecurity, technology, data, AI, and business disruption risks for Legal Entity (LE) projects and change advisory forums.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for LE regulator, Audit, and ILE leadership, including technology risk program/results requests and LE board involvement as required.
  • •Ensure ILE technology risk policies and frameworks are refreshed and enforced, influence Enterprise frameworks, and advise the business on applicability and execution.
  • •Coordinate 2nd line testing, review IT/IS risk questionnaires for regulator submissions, and oversee remediation; participate in operational resilience incident communication channels (including DORA-related notifications).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of leadership experience in risk management or a similar role.
  • •Strong business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective.
  • •Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with the French regulatory landscape and requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written); advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
