Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver therapeutic massage and spa treatments for guests, VIPs, and media at the highest standard.
  • •Drive retail revenue by meeting retail sales targets and recommending aftercare, upselling, and cross-selling spa services.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, hygiene, and proper setup of treatment rooms, linens, and equipment following protocols.
  • •Support compliance and operational excellence by assisting the Head/Principal Therapist with scheduling, stock control, inventory, and orders.
  • •Provide consultations, record and manage training session attendance, update schedules/bookings as needed, and report guest complaints to the Duty Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 500 hours of massage training at a state-approved institution and hold a valid state-issued license (or transferred equivalent).
  • •Have at least 3 years of professional massage therapy experience.
  • •Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and a wide range of massage techniques.
