Job Summary

Lead cutover execution for a multi-year ERP transformation, coordinating multiple workstreams into an integrated cutover plan for SAP S/4HANA go-live waves. Plan, schedule, and track cutover timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables; manage scope and expectations with senior leaders and stakeholders; and drive cross-workstream interdependencies. Conduct cutover closing and document lessons learned, while managing risks, critical paths, and dependencies to ensure timely wave launches.

•Develop and manage full-scale cutover plans and communications documents for assigned projects.
•Plan, schedule, and track cutover timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables using project/program management tools.
•Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support cutover business goals with senior management and stakeholders.
•Manage project expectations, dependencies, and critical path risks across workstreams to ensure timely go-live.
•Conduct cutover closing and create lessons learned documentation, including successful and unsuccessful elements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience working on SAP IT projects.
•5+ years working on SAP cutover implementations.

•Experience working in complex, distributed businesses.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
