Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven modules.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to implement pragmatic AI solutions end-to-end.
  • •Design and implement AI features, and monitor production performance and reliability.
  • •Mentor and promote technical growth within teams and across Engineering.
  • •Stay up-to-date with AI trends, architectures, and technologies; participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience using TypeScript & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or other languages, focused on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
  • •Strong knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience building with them, including usage, prompting and model integration.
  • •Proven understanding and direct experience with Agentic AI systems, including designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents and MCP prototype/servers.
  • •Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and modern AI architectures such as RAG, vector databases, reranking, and performance optimization.
  • •Experience with frontend applications is a plus, preferably with React; nice to have production AWS experience for high volume/high availability services.
