Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the complete recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from intake with hiring managers to offer and transfer.
  • •Recruit for early careers programs (e.g., GMT traineeship) and plan/organize live and online events and career fairs.
  • •Develop and expand alternative sourcing channels for technical staff and operators through education and community partnerships.
  • •Manage relationships with schools and partners and represent the company at recruitment and career events.
  • •Coordinate with external partners (e.g., RPOs, staffing agencies) and maintain TA dashboards and recruitment reporting with KPI monitoring and improvement proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed HBO education in HR or a related field (or demonstrably comparable experience).
  • •1–3 years of recruitment experience; experience with technical profiles or operators is a plus.
  • •Experience or a proven interest in building partnerships with educational institutions and using alternative sourcing channels.
  • •Fluent Dutch and strong English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • •Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and with data analysis and reporting.
