Talent Acquisition Specialist

Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles at the Elst site, with a focus on technical profiles and operators. Partner with hiring managers for intake, build and maintain role profiles, run sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and handoffs. Expand early careers recruiting (e.g., GMT traineeship) and develop non-traditional sourcing channels via education and community partnerships. Support employer branding, manage TA reporting/KPIs, and coordinate with external partners while ensuring quality, diversity, and inclusion.
