Own Lime’s end-to-end Payments Experience across the rider journey, from onboarding to trip start, post-trip billing, and subscriptions. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Payments Experience across onboarding, trip start, post-trip billing, and subscriptions (e.g., LimePrime).
•Define and drive the payments product strategy and roadmap aligned to engagement and unit economics goals.
•Improve conversion and reliability by reducing payment friction across key rider moments.
•Lead expansion of local payment methods (LPMs) to unlock new riders and markets.
•Partner with Data Science and Fraud teams to build risk systems (e.g., pre-authentication models, fraud detection, revenue recovery) and track related KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 113,000 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of product management experience, owning consumer-facing products at scale.
•Direct experience in payments, fintech, marketplace transactions, or fraud/risk systems.
•Proven track record driving measurable business impact such as conversion, revenue, retention, or cost reduction.
•Strong analytical problem-solving skills using data to inform decisions and prioritize tradeoffs.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
