Support concert guests by handling Will Call and ticket sales, running the ticket program on a computer, and managing opening/closing paperwork. Provide prompt, courteous service in person and over the phones, including guest relations and phone etiquette. Use working knowledge of cash handling, bank/check-out procedures, basic computer operation, and point-of-sale systems, while keeping a clean, well-groomed appearance in a fast-paced environment.
