Key Responsibilities

  • •Find manual work that AI should do and build AI workflows/internal tooling across finance and ops.
  • •Support FinOps by tracking infrastructure and vendor costs, analyzing spend trends, and helping reduce costs.
  • •Build and maintain KPI dashboards, board materials, and recurring reports (e.g., revenue, pipeline, burn, headcount).
  • •Support GTM operations with pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and the data/materials teams need.
  • •Run cross-functional projects end to end and own the mechanics of money movement (vendor onboarding, payments, invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, close, and budgeting).

Key Requirements
