Job Summary

Manage and grow a manufacturing client portfolio for CBD across the UAE and wider GCC, ensuring risk intake is properly handled while optimizing returns. Identify and acquire new manufacturing clients, support the manufacturing business strategy, and execute sales targets for liabilities, trade, and financial products. Conduct regular client and site visits, complete credit reviews and monitoring, and mentor Relationship Officers/Assistant Relationship Managers to improve performance and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of manufacturing-related clients in the UAE and wider GCC region.
•Identify, solicit, and acquire new manufacturing clients aligned to corporate strategies for liabilities, trade, and financial products.
•Seek credit-mitigating solutions to manage risk, improve RoE, and structure/arrange structured transactions where applicable.
•Conduct regular client and site visits, recording details via call reports, to support monitoring and business generation.
•Ensure timely credit administration through annual reviews and ongoing monitoring of financials and covenants; mentor Relationship Officers/Assistant Relationship Managers.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
•9–10 years of experience in corporate banking.
•Minimum 3–5 years of exposure to the manufacturing industry.
•Experience managing and maintaining client relationships and supporting business growth targets.
•Ability to structure and arrange structured transactions and mitigate credit risk.
