Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of packaging solutions for new products.
  • •Manage packaging specifications including dielines, artwork, material details, sustainability attributes, pallet patterns, container configurations, and assembly/pack-out steps.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally and with external suppliers to execute packaging solutions on time.
  • •Manage packaging timelines and milestones to align with product launch schedules.
  • •Monitor packaging KPIs, support continuous improvement, and research sustainable materials and packaging innovations.

Key Requirements

  • •Greater than 5 years of relevant packaging engineering experience.
  • •Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • •Fluency in packaging testing methodologies, including ISTA and ASTM standards.
  • •Proficiency with packaging software such as TOPS, CAPE, ArtiosCAD, or similar tools.
  • •Ability to prioritize high-impact work and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
