Packaging Engineer II

Develop and maintain packaging solutions for YETI’s soft goods—bags, luggage, soft coolers, and apparel—balancing performance, sustainability, cost, and brand standards. Own packaging specifications (dielines, artwork, materials, pallet patterns, and pack-out steps) and manage timelines to align with product launches. Partner cross-functionally and with suppliers to improve packaging KPIs and evaluate new materials and testing innovations.
