Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned to platform strategy and growth targets.
  • •Define feature outcomes (adoption, usage, and customer impact), set success metrics, and track performance after launch.
  • •Lead and prioritize the product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, including outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
  • •Translate PSO market knowledge into investment-backed product requirements (opportunity sizing, problem statements, and build-vs-partner decisions).
  • •Engage with strategic customers, partners, and the PS Industry Board to validate roadmap direction and generate outcome evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience building enterprise software (ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS) used by professional services organizations.
  • •Deep operational knowledge of PSO economics and processes, including utilization, leverage, billing/invoicing models, and project delivery.
  • •Strong command of core PSO workflows the product must support (project accounting and billing, planning/execution, time & expense, resource planning).
  • •A clear POV on how AI is reshaping professional services business models and what it means for the ERP required.
  • •Commercially oriented with strong communication and stakeholder engagement at C-suite and practitioner levels.
